What is included in my package?BSB offers a complete package of airfare (from our gateway cities), accommodation and entertainment during your stay including day trips and access to exclusive night clubs. We do not ask you to buy additional party passes to get into BSB events. For further information see our Package Page. What travel documentation will I need?All travelers entering Barbados are required to have valid passport please see the relevant authority in your country for passport application: If you already posses a passport please insure that it is valid for six months after your date of arrival in Barbados. What meals are included?BSB packages include breakfast at your package hotel every morning of your stay, additionally as many of our scheduled activities don’t allow time for spring breakers to source lunch options, BSB will also provide lunch during scheduled daytime events. BSB has organized several set price menus and discounts with local restaurants ranging from fast food establishments to fine dining to ensure that you have several options for dinner. Does my hotel require a security deposit?Each hotel will require either a credit card authorization or cash deposit for $150US, this deposit is fully refundable where rooms are undamaged at check-out. To avoid any complications please report any damage to your room at check-in to insure that it is not attributed to you. When do I get my ticket?E-tickets are issued seven days before travel by each airline; you will receive your flight itinerary in the email you have listed as your form of contact. Can I get a tentative itinerary before I get my ticket?Yes. Tentative itineraries are readily available upon request. BSB reserves the right to change itineraries due to a number of factors. Does Barbados Spring Break provide staff to help me?Yes. BSB staff will be readily available to assist you from your arrival in Barbados and every step of your stay including at the airport, hotel and at all BSB events. How old must I be to travel?All BSB passengers must be 18 years or older.
I’m not 21, can I attend parties and night clubs?Barbadian law allows all persons 18 and older to drink, as such all Barbados Spring Breakers are legally old enough to attend all nightclubs.
I need travel insurance?We recommend that you do purchase travel insurance protection for your trip, BSB does not offer travel insurance but we have negotiated with an insurance sponsor to provide this service to our clients.
What is the best form of currency to take?A combination of cash and credit/debit cards are recommended, Pounds, US $ and Canadian $ can be easily changed in the lobby of your hotel or at a local bank. Barbados also offers many readily accessible ATM machines and point of sales stations which take Visa or MasterCard, however, American Express and Discover cards are not widely used. What happens at the airport in my departure city?Arrangements have been made for group check-in for BSB customers to expedite the process.
What happens on arrival in Barbados?After clearing Customs and Immigration in Barbados, you will be met by friendly BSB staff who will coordinate you transfer to the appropriate hotel. What if I have to cancel/or change my booking?Cancellations are allowed up to 45 days before the date of travel and must be requested in writing subject to authorization, the non-refundable deposit will be subtracted from any refunds. Name reservations can also be requested up to the time ticketing.
Can I change the name on my reservation?Name changes are allowed prior to ticketing. How do I get around outside of official events?Barbados offers several transportation options, BSB staff will be happy to provide directions for the use of public transportation, public service vehicles in Barbados charge $1.50BDS ($0.75US) per leg. Alternatively, taxis are also readily available with fixed rates determined by the distance travelled.
